We had a wonderful Christmas, it was a crazy 48 hours. The kids woke up Christmas Eve to find Richard Harrison having a party for Jesus...the hat says Happy Birthday Jesus! The perfect way to send Richard Harrison off.
We traveled to Stephenville to have Christmas with the Brunson side of the family
The kids couldn't wait to open presents
The tradition of the advent calendar
All of the Brunson Cousins
Some TCU/ATM rivalry
Lego Building
Our traditional I Believe shirts
Then home to make Jesus his birthday cake and Santa his cookies
Opened one present
Bryson made us this awesome wreath at school
Put out milk and cookies for Santa
Off to bed and then Santa came!
Bryson woke up at 3:30....yes 3:30 AM. Cleve sent him back to bed, we had a crazy hail storm that woke everyone up at 5:30
So yes, we opened presents before 6 AM :)
While looking outside at the crazy weather we noticed there was a package from Alaska.....
The kids were pumped to get Questa's goodies this year!
Off to celebrate with the Snowden side of the family
It was our first Christmas with Grandma here, the first time we've been together on Christmas in over 20 years
the girls were being crazy as usual
Cody and Apryle had a little sibling rivalry
Mimi looking at her calendar
Thing 1 & Thing 2 as Papa calls them (he bought them these shirts in Florida)
and to top it all off it was a WHITE Christmas! Macie's 4th Christmas and her second white one. Grandma said this was her first white Christmas in over 40 years and the news said that is the first time it has snowed on Christmas day in North Texas in 37 years.
We are so blessed to have such wonderful families and even more blessed that Christ humbled himself and came to the earth to save us from our sins. Thank you Jesus!
