Great Grandma Visit

 Grandma is nearing the end of her two week stay with us and we've had a fantastic time!  The weather has been phenomenal (we have told her she brought the San Diego weather with her).

 We've had many meals (grandma says we everything we do revolves around food!), enjoyed many baseball games  

 Mom & Dad took her to Fredricksburg & San Antonio, she loved the river walk

 After the first time she came to see the house she bought me this awesome rocking chair because she said that I just had to have one to watch the sunset in the evening and "smoke my pipe" LOL

 We've showed her how Pinterest works....

 eaten some amazing food

 gone for walks on the golf course....

 and just cherished our time together

Grandma said it's been so nice to just enjoy herself, not have to cook or clean!

My grandma (my dad's mom, Grace) is here from San Diego visiting us, we are enjoying spending time with her! This was the first time that Macie got to meet her great-grandma.

We enjoyed Bryson's baseball game tonight, the Rockie's played awesome and Bryson had a great game.....he was definitely showing off for his grandma!

Easter Sunday

What a wonderful Easter weekend we had! The kids were so excited to wake up and see that their Easter baskets were full.

Bryson was most excited about his new bible. He took it with him to church and told everyone he saw that he got "his own bible" During church he looked thru all of the pictures and stories thinking he was such a big boy!

Of course Macie and Ramona had to be twins (they have had matching Easter dresses every year since Ramona was born)

Both my sister Apryle & Cleve's sister Joy have April birthdays (April 9 f& April 6).

Uncle Cody came after he got off work and enjoyed playing with the kiddos!

What a wonderful Easter we had with almost all of our family. The best part was remembering the amazing cross of Jesus Christ, his love, sacrifice and triumph over the grave!

Isaiah 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are HEALED!
